Liberty Print Boots

Maybe it's the farmer in me, but I would have to be living in Ireland or Seattle and vacationing in a tropical rain forest to ever spend more than $50 on a pair of rain boots. Although I see a lot of fancy rain footwear on the streets of Manhattan, I wonder if other mere mortals (with mere mortal paychecks) also struggle to pony up for practical shoes? If so, it makes me think that a pair of fancy, pretty, but practical Wellies—like this pair of floral Liberty-print rain boots—would be a really great gift and reminder that April showers bring May flowers.
